We need to insure that a thoughtful, well-reasoned, well-informed and transparent decision making process is applied to all decisions made by the Board of Alderman, so that both costs and consequences are known to all before a decision is reached.

1. •I will support information on all budget and funding issues being made available on the city's web site.
   

2. •I will support accountability measures, including tracking of spending as well as progress on capital improvement projects undertaken, so that the citizens can see where and how their taxes are being spent.
